Our partners in Scotland

Over the years, we have developed strong partnerships which have allowed us to build new homes, regenerate communities, prevent homelessness and contribute towards the journey to net zero. 

To allow us to develop new homes, we are currently working closely with: 

• Councils such as Glasgow City, Edinburgh City, Dundee City and West Lothian
• Developers including JR Group, McTaggart Construction and Taylor Wimpey

To support our work within local communities, our current partners include: 

• Various teams within the local authorities we operate in such as social work, housing benefits, homelessness, resettlement, waste management, and community safety
• Charities and support organisations such as Women's Aid, Citizens Advice Bureau, Turning Point Scotland, Macmillan, Wise Group, Action for Children, Positive Steps and many more
• A wide variety of others including community police, occupational therapists, alcohol and drug support, and neighbourhood liaison officers

We are also active members of a number of trade bodies and sector groups which align with our mission and values:

• TPAS Scotland, the national tenant and landlord participation advisory service
