Our committees
Home Group is supported by six committees that provide assurance and oversight across Development and Asset, Audit and Risk, Group Safety, Customers, Governance and People, and Care and Supported functions.
The Home Group board is additionally supported by six functional committees, whose roles and responsibilities and membership are set out below:
Audit and Risk Committee
The Audit and Risk Committee is responsible for financial reporting, internal control, internal and external audit arrangements and risk management. The members are:
Governance and People Committee
The purpose of the Governance and People Committee is to support the Home board in maximising the effectiveness of our governance arrangements. The members are:
Care and Supported Quality Committee
The role of the Care and Supported Quality Committee is to give Home Group assurance on the quality of care for our customers. The members are:

The role of the Development Committee is to oversee and provide assurance to the Home Group Board in discharging its responsibilities for our development activity. The members are:
Group Safety Governance Committee
The role of the Group Safety Governance Committee encompasses health and safety policy and objectives, internal health and safety governance and performance and wellbeing strategy and performance. The members are:
Customer Committee
The Customer Committee is made up of real customers from a range of backgrounds who can offer their own lived experience and have their say in decision-making.
