Ways to get involved
There are lots of ways to have your say and help us improve. When you get involved you also meet new people, use your skills and learn new ones too. Activities fit around your work and home life, and we'll cover your out-of-pocket expenses and provide training where needed.
Got 10 minutes...
...join our digital customer group, anyone@home. You could also take part in consultations from the comfort of your own home any time, day or night.
From Homelife magazine to repairs and maintenance, your input will help us understand where we need to improve and we'll learn what's important to you.
How about a couple of hours?
Get involved with a regional viewpoint team where you'll attend meetings either online or in person. You'll scrutinise our services, monitor performance and track progress on customer promise recommendations.
Or a free day?
You could help us recruit new colleagues, either online or in person, and help us find the right person for the role.
Or join our customer assessor team and visit our services and neighbourhoods, talking to the customers who live there to measure how well we're delivering our customer promise.
What can I get involved with?
Whatever time you have, from 10 minutes to a whole day there are lots of opportunities to get involved and make a difference...
Viewpoint teams
You can scrutinise our performance in rented, supported and leasehold services by joining one of our regional Viewpoint teams across England and Scotland.
Customer assessor teams

Complaints scrutiny group
You can review our complaints performance and make sure we learn and improve from them.
Equality and diversity
You can raise awareness and challenge stereotypes and stigma by sharing personal stories and experiences at
Life Swap and Role Model sessions; advise us on diversity issues and help with Equality Analysis and training.
We’re passionate about promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and our customers are an important part of this. We’d love you to get involved, whether that’s by sharing your experiences or using your voice for change.
We want everyone’s voice to be heard and have set up equality and diversity action groups for customers from underrepresented groups. These groups represent:
- Women - Wonder women
- Disability - We are unique and proud
- Multicultural - Do you hear us?
- LGBT Plus - Rainbow roofs
- Learning disabilities - Honest opinion group
- Over 55s
- Men
- Young people
As part of a group, you'd meet every one or two months to share experiences, discuss issues directly with colleagues and other customers and make recommendations on how we can do better.
If you want to get involved or think there's a group that's missing we'd love to hear from you.
