Join us in saying thank you and recognising our customers' achievements.

Say thank you to a customer or celebrate their achievement by nominating them for a customer hero award.

Customer heroes is a nomination process that customers and colleagues can use at any time to say thank you to customers or to celebrate their achievements. They could even win a voucher as a small token of appreciation.

A panel of customers will meet in April, July, October, and January to review nominations and choose the winners. Home Group will share winners’ achievements and good news stories in each edition of Homelife, and on our internal and external websites.

Customer heroes is open to customers and colleagues who want to shine a light on customers deserving of recognition.
